Many of us, when we are born, we are handed over a script and told what’s possible. We get constant advice, solutions, opinions from people around and it pull us away from our inner voice, leaving us disconnected from what we truly want, what brings us peace, and who we really are. As a Certified Wellbeing Coach trained through the Gaja & Chopra methodology-and aligned with globally respected frameworks such as the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC)-my work is rooted in guiding you back to your true self. I believe we all are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole—and already holds the answers to what we are seeking. My role as a coach is not to give you those answers, but to help you access them from within. Think of me as a companion on your journey-like someone sitting beside you in a car. You are the driver, and while I may help you read the map, you remain in control of your direction and destination. My approach blends Ayurveda, meditation, neuroscience, and positive psychology with structured questioning, deep listening, and reflective practices, that guides you in exploring four powerful cornerstones: Purpose, Intention, Meaning, and Shadow.

Using a structured yet intuitive approach that combines powerful questioning, mindfulness practices, and personalised lifestyle alignment, I support you in building awareness, shifting limiting patterns, and creating sustainable change across all areas of your life.
